Categorize Man and Woman, Go From There
I made this graphic because we need to go back to the basics, black and white facts. You don’t have to be a philosophical scholar, doctor or activist of any kind to understand these categories. Notice how we mostly have stuff in common, can believe, do, be with, express ourselves how we like? But we are separate types, different “models” of humans on separate pathways. I think people get mixed-up about the fact that categorizing ourselves first starts with our immutable sex. Not what “gender” we identify ourselves with or how we feel about ourselves. This is what children should learn in school. What you do with this basic information afterwards is where we can talk about respect, kindness and how inclusion can work, like, third spaces, when, how and if we use preferred pronouns. Don’t get it twisted before that.

Right. The only part of the definition that is a “social construct” is the “adult” part since yeah, the age of adulthood is slightly arbitrary and socially determined.
